Scan #
Point the camera at the QR on their phone. The screen tells you what to do.
What the results mean #

Camera won't read it? #
Type the code under their QR into Type the code instead. Dashes, spaces and lowercase don't matter.
No signal? #
Keep scanning. The phone checks the list it saved and sends the scans when the signal's back. The top bar shows how many are waiting — don't clear the browser's data until it's back to zero.
Someone has to go #
After scanning them: Remove from event… → add a reason if there's time → Remove. They'll show as REMOVED at every door.
Phone swap at shift change #
The scanner shows whose door code it's on. Hand over the phone, or scan the next person's door code QR on theirs.
